Remote controlled wings. Aluminium frame attached to a leather backpiece with leather belt for extra support. Aluminium shoulder straps with foam padding for comfort. Remote used to move wings using a linear actuator. Feather and beads used to decorate the wings.
Designer requested each wing to span 1.5m and to be sparse-looking. Beads were used to add detail while in-keeping with the sparse design requested. Designer wanted the wings to be controlled remotely so a linear actuator was used.
